"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) – Hidden Gem with Amazing Views & Hosts We had an awesome stay at A Stone's Throw Away—this place is a true hidden gem. The location is perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The views are absolutely incredible, especially overlooking the ocean—great spot to sit, unwind, and just take it all in. What really made the stay stand out was the staff. Shan, Treasure, Chris, and John were all amazing—super friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They genuinely made us feel at home and made the trip even better. THANK YOU! Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy, and we had zero issues during the stay. It was exactly what we were looking for. The Indian restaurant on site was excellent as well. I had the Curry chicken and rice. My wife had the Penne pasta chicken. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nassau."

"The rooms were clean and well equipped with towels, blankets and other miscellaneous items such as an iron and toiletries. Kitchen was also equipped with cooking essentials. We did purchase additional supplies such as paper towels, dish soap and toilet paper. If you need a rental car, inquire with host as she may be able to connect you with local services. Overall a good stay, we enjoyed the location, it was walking distance to restaurants and the ocean. The house was a good size for a group of 7. "

"The staff was nice when we got there. During our stay we did have to look for staff to help us as one woman seemed to be running the cafe and the hotel. The room was over crowded with beds. There were unpatched holes in the walls in the room and bathroom. There was dirt and hair behind the toilet. There was not the proper remote for the tv and the curtain was falling off the wall. It was a lack of attention to detail. It was not worth the money. "

"Communication was excellent and the place was nice and clean. The host was very helpful with a few of our requests so service was amazing. The beach across the street and towards the restaurants is nice and handy. I thought that it was very good value for the price. "

"The property was incredible. However, at this rate, I did expect everything to be in top shape and, unfortunately the age and/or lack of maintenance was showing. We had multiple pieces of outdoor furnishing broken, hot tub didn't get more than warm, little to no hot water for showers, broken dishwasher and challenging internet connectivity. "

"Host's communication was terrible from the beginning. We were held up immigration because he gave us very vague information without a proper address.Room was filthy and had spiders. This room is far from what was advertised. We did not check-in nor did I receive a refund. Very embarrassed that my girlfriend had to be shown such a nasty property on her birthday. "
