"This spot is close to the airport, right across from the beach. They have a good restaurant on site. The accommodations are pretty basic, thin towels, AC doesn't exactly work. But people were friendly and its in a good location. Something to note is that taxis are fairly expensive ($25 or so even for a 10 minute drive) so if you want to see more than the immediate area it'll cost you."

"Great Hotel we enjoyed our stay ofcourse its dated but it met our requirements bed was comfy and thats all we really cared as we are out all day touring the island. It has small pool which is 24/7 loved how convenient that is to take a dip at 2am. They have access to private beach ⛱️ 2min walk just have to cross the road its locked 🔒 as its private. Staff is great 👍 i wont mind coming back again... especially if youre into touring the island vs staying at a resort.. if you dont mind little dated hotel then you will enjoy your stay."

"Pros: The unit was very nice, up to date, spacious, clean, plenty of towels, refreshments and snacks. There was parking and the area felt safe. The host was gracious and easily accessible. Cons: size of beds Overall we enjoyed our stay immensely and will book again!!"

"The house was robbed during our stay. The back sliding doors on the deck do not lock properly and thieves seem to know it. We woke up to two men in our bedroom going through our wallets. Fortunately we woke up and chased them out of the house without injury to any of us staying in the house. The burglers knew exactly which door would be unlocked and my guess is that this house is a frequent robbery target. The host has been unresponsive to our claims and we are being forced to pursue legal action. DO NOT stay at this property under any circumstances. "

"We booked this condo in August with a stay for 1 night on December 26. On December 24 - Christmas Eve - the host contacted us and cancelled. They offered us a 3-bedroom condo in the same building and offered to send photos. Because it was less than 48 hours before our arrival and Christmas time, I tried to find other accommodations in Nassau and everything was booked. So I told them we would take it and asked for the pictures they had offered. We got no response from the host. On Friday December 26, our flight left at 6 am for Nassau and we still had not heard back on the 3-bedroom condo. I was getting concerned because we had no way to get in the condo even if we could find it and ended up calling VRBO customer service to help us reach the host. I was worried we’d be sleeping on an airport floor with our kids. They finally responded and got us details for the other condo. We asked for an early checkin but they said not possible because it was being cleaned - totally understandable. When we got there, it was filthy. Dirty toilet seats, the refrigerator was full of half eaten food, trash bins were full, floors were filthy - I took pictures. One bath towel in the whole house (owner did thankfully deliver us towels on request). I tried to kindly work it out with the host for a refund and they've not responded to me at all. They’ve literally ghosted me. I would give 1 star but was grateful I had a roof over our heads, even if dirty. Poor communication and caused immense stress."

"The description online doesn’t match the rooms/beds in the house. There was a prior renters trash still in the house. The neighborhood is being remodeled and looked a war zone and the construction workers were cooking and hanging out right out far all night. "

"Some of the amenities were not working, like the storm guard shutters and the stove top buttons kept breaking off, although they did send someone to fix the stove. Just be aware there are other rentals on the property behind the house and another rental attached to the actual house that has a window overlooking private pool. Also, there is a main road right in front of house (between pool and beach). "
