"Nice small property that has more of a local feel. It was nice not having to wait in long lines for check in and check out. They have a pool, dining area and are close to both the ocean and airport. This is a local jewel that gets the job done without breaking the bank."

"Excellent property located near the airport. Up on a hill overlooking the ocean. Be advised that the entrance to the lobby is not ADA compliant. Meaning no ramp to the lobby. Just 20 steps. Architecture was beautiful and grounds were well kept. Easy walk down the private road to the nearby restaurant (which was quite good). It is about 20 minutes from downtown and not walkable. But hotel will shuttle you there if you wish to leave some dollars on island for t shirts. I’d definitely stay there again."

"This was the most perfect spot right in a safe and secured part of the island. The beach is not too far away either. Less than 10minute drive to the airport. The host checked in from time to time. I would definitely visit again."

"The place was fantastic and would recommend it to anyone! It does needs some updates completed. The mini splits did leak inside one of the upstairs bedrooms and in the downstairs outside apartment (where the washer/dryer are located. Probably just needs the lines cleaned out. Other than that the place was absolutely wonderful. The view, the water, the lounge chairs by pool were perfect! It was a perfect family vacation spot. Quiet and peaceful not like a resort full beach. It was private and we could just enjoy and relax! Saw the biggest stingray we have ever seen before right there in the water behind the house! It was a good 6 to 7 foot long from bar to head! It was incredible! And thanks to the host for providing 5 gallon jugs of water! That was a BIG DEAL!!"

"Place was excellent, beautiful and more than what we could have asked. We rented a car and was really nice to get everywhere. House was very cool, pool was warm (perfect temp) and walking across the street to the “private” beach was incredible. Nothing to complain about - would come back"

"The view of the ocean was lovely. The pool was great. The house is very tired. Lots of things broken , not working and worn out. Kitchen definitely needs improvement from getting a fridge in the kitchen that works to glassware. There’s no shot glasses. The dishwasher wouldn’t clean thoroughly. The kitchen lights are mostly burnt out. Soap dispensers broken. Not a lot of privacy from adjacent property which is very busy with guests. The highway to grids to beach is very busy, noisy and dangerous for children to cross on their own. The beach is perfectly quiet and not busy so it’s perfect for seclusion. Only 6 minutes from airport and easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores."
