TV wasn’t working in the bedrooms , called for assistance and no one showed up. so after 20 minutes i went downstairs and the said they would send someone to the room. the walls and the tables weren’t as clean . marks on the wall behind the TV in the master room && marks on the walls in the hallway. the lock on the bathroom would jam.

From the beginning it with bad to worst ,,,, the only bright side of this whole experience was Eric that was doing al he could but he didn’t have all the power. Another staff member who didn’t wanna give me his number has glasses gave me a room 1732 to be exact and I have video to proof it . DISGUSTING. The room had not been clean the attendees before were just ............ ZERO STARS

The elevators broke only one worked out of 4, my daughters and I spent 45 minuets tryna to get down to the lobby from the 23rd floor hotel room, than when we came back to our hotel after lunch we spent an hour waiting in line to get back into the hotel room due to the broke elevators, my daughters didn’t even want to go back outside to see the star strip anymore cause the hotel was awful trying to get in and out, also the curtains on the hotel room were broke and did not shut all the way so the room never got dark every woke up earlier cause it was so bright, the showers had hair in the on the wall from the previous people, just dirty and ran down in general , after all said and done we had to walk up 23 flights of stairs to get to the room than w just stayed the rest of the day there so mad at this hotel it was my daughters first time here too not good!!

I absolutely loved my stay . The view and hotel staff was the best part . Parking is $50 a night which is kind of outrageous .
