"Comfortable beds and bedding and upscale bathroom. I like that there are two pools to chose from and a large hot tub, and food and drinks served at each, the guest can use the workout facility and spa at no charge, elegant property with manicured landscaping, winding paths, a great bar with inside and outside space, free coffee and tea in the morning, good breakfast place, and a relaxing place to stay where we come back to year after year when visiting our daughter who lives in LA. There are many things to do in Pasadena and great restaurants. My daughter calls it Buckingham Palace."

"I didn’t like that they weren’t upfront with the price of parking. $85 a night. Also what’s a destination fee? We paid almost a $1000 for a room for three night. We’ve loved staying at The Westin hotel but they’ve raised their prices. I’ll probably check other hotels next time."
