"Not worth it"

"The staff was very pleasant. The room was spotless and everything worked as it should. The only grievance I have was that there was a spotlight on the roof of the neighboring building by the pool that shone directly into our room and the curtains did not close all of the way to block it out. Just a minor annoyance. The parking situation was fantastic. We didn’t have to worry about not finding a place to park as you do in so many other places. The location is fantastic. It’s close to dining grocery pharmacy. Anything you need is very close by. I highly recommend this place."

"The room was lovely, bright, quiet, and comfortable, but it was dusty on the nightstand, the small table, and the bedframe. The refrigerator in the room is not for storing anything; it is only for the hotel’s minibar items. The hallways and walls feel dark and unattractive, and they look dirty. The hallways and walls do not match the room — thank goodness. The complimentary coffee in the garden is a warm touch, but the complimentary bottles of water in the room are limited to two bottles upon arrival. Additional water bottles can be purchased in your room. The pool and café are relaxing, and the food is tasty. Love the vibe in that area. Things move more slowly in the restaurant, which I think is intentional — to help you slow down, relax, and enjoy your stay. It is a dog-welcoming hotel. As a dog lover and owner of three dogs, I was put off by the dogs in restaurants and on the lounge chairs by the pool. The valets are outstanding. Overall, I enjoyed my stay."

"One of the worst places I have ever stayed. This is a notch above a motel. The upkeep of the property was unacceptable and far below expected standards. There are several maintenance and general cleanliness issues. For those of you who planned on booking with them please note there are so many hidden fees upon check out. It’s not worth it."

"Everything was excellent, from the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. A couple of areas could use improvement. The internet connection was extremely slow and frequently disconnected, which made it difficult to use reliably. The streaming services on the TV experienced similar connectivity issues. The only other disappointment was being asked to leave the downstairs lobby area and not being allowed to eat a meal there, despite it being vacant at the time. It would have been nice to have a comfortable common area available for guests to use. Aside from those issues, I had a great experience and would consider staying here again."
