"This place is located just outside the penzance railway station. Restaurants, pubs, Tesco, co-op and the very important bus stop is located in a very close proximity and makes it the perfect place to stay. The owners are very friendly. The breakfast they made was very good."
"The cottage is fine and it is in a nice location BUT the details of the cottage listed on the Expedia website and Sykes Cottages are different and misleading. Expedia shows the cottage to be within the Penzance city centre & 8 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The cottage is 8 miles (13 kms.) from the Penzance city centre. "I had the loft. Beautifully furnished. I especially love the layout with bed and sofa overlooking the balcony to the field. Very calming indeed. Even the blinds created a pattern when the morning light shone through the perforations. Quite magical.
The hostess was very responsive on email and obliging. Her personal touch of home made scones and Cornish cream tea was very much appreciated. Breakfast consisted of delicious croissants. There was a complimentary bow of fruit as well.
The toiletries smelt wonderful. Just watch your head on the sloped ceiling
