My only disappointment was that I did not get the sea view that was shown in the pictures when I made the booking. I was expecting a room with a sea view, so this was a little disappointing. Apart from that, everything was good, and I appreciate the facilities and services provided by the hotel."

"We had the luxury room for a few days early October 2026. Close to where we wanted to be about an hrs walk to St Michaels Mount. Parking is easy here and designated spaces exist for patrons. Room was very nice. Spacious if your staying a few days to spread out with en suite shower/toilet. Hanging space only/no wardrobes. Breakfast was very nice and cooked to order. In general the pub is excellent for food in the local area and considered one of the top three to eat at. Short dinner menu but chef changes this frequently. Overall well worth the money paid. Would choose again if visiting this area."

"It was perfect,Just like home from home. loved the decor. Everything was there, and all was clean and tidy. My wife absolutely loved it, While i was away fishing she was out walking our dog on the beach, which is less than a minutes walk. My only complaint is that I didn't book long enough....could of stayed much longer if pesky work didn't get in the way....It was also reassuring to know that Kerry the house keeper is close at hand should you need anything, We can't wait to return......"

"Everything was clean and tidy for us with all the bits you could want in a self catering place including a Nespresso machine and fresh milk which was very welcome!We panicked a little bit on the narrow drive when we first arrived but quickly got used to it! If you have a large SUV you do need to be confident with your driving but fair warning is given in the description!The view from the balcony is just stunning and we had a lovely afternoon just sat up there watching the world go by! Would happily book this lovely cottage again! "

"What a fantastic stay! The host went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. She is amazing, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.The property was impeccably clean, tidy, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was one of those rare places that instantly feels comfortable and welcoming, truly a home away from home.I was initially concerned about parking, but it turned out to be completely hassle-free. The location is excellent, directly opposite the bay and within easy walking distance of great restaurants, cafes, and all the local amenities.Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable. I hope to be back again soon, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay."
