"For a family vacation to NYC we knew we weren't going to be in our room for much more than showering and sleeping. EVEN was everything we needed it to be. It was safe and quiet and, above all, accessible. There are three subway stops within a five minute walk in various directions. No matter where we needed to go in the City, this hotel was a great starting spot. The staff were always friendly and helpful. When I came to them in quick need for a band-aid they had exactly what we needed. And the little details like the flavored water right inside the front door were great as well. "

"Best views! Hands down the best views of the NYC skyline from their rooftop pool/bar. This easily made the entire stay at The Arlo worth it. Otherwise, the hotel was 7/10 for lack of true security, extremely high nightly rates, avg. quality, very small room size, and overall cleanliness. We ended up staying a week, and despite asking, our room was not cleaned once. If money and room size don't matter, great spot! Ended up working out great for what we needed, and has a perfect, central location (walkable to everything)!"
