"This was our 2nd stay and it was again, so wonderful and relaxing. We had rainy weather and still was able to de-stress and spend time together. The pool table is always a hit! It is well used. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes and everything in between- just add food! The covered deck was awesome! You could spread out and be outside and stay dry out of the rain - if we wanted to. Wonderful communication with the owner who is simply charming.! Absoltely perfect!"

"Loved the location of this property! Walking distance to the beach and a cute playground, great variety of restaurants close by in Westport and on the way. House was stocked with everything we needed and more and had plenty of space for my 2 young kids to spread out and play. Would definitely rent again!"

"Perfect and relaxing. We appreciated having access to a hose and water to rinse off our clamming equipment and the clams. Loved having a simple and well equipped kitchen. The beds are comfortable and our teens loved the couches. Easy walk out to the beach to see the solar storm with magnificent Northern Light show."

"This is a fantastic little find. We were clam digging for a long weekend, with kids, dogs and general chaos. Two common rooms with TV's. TWO kitchens with kid friendly dishes which is definitely uncommon. A beautiful wash station set up outside for your catch. You could park your boat inside the fence if you wanted. Patio set in the shade, which was nice when it was 80 degrees out. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Very well maintained rental with an excellent host who was very easily reachable and provided clear instructions. Kids enjoyed playing ping-pong and we all enjoyed the fireplace outside. The rental was pet friendly. Location is close to local beaches. Highly recommended!"

"This home accommodated extended family very well. I do wish that we had been given a map of walking paths in the neighborhood and how to connect with Gearhart proper. Guidelines for hot tub use were given, however, no direction for how we ought to leave the property upon departure so we removed linens from beds and did one load of towels in the W & D. This home could use a deep cleaning. We all appreciated the home and were comfortable."

"Our stay was everything we hoped for! The neighborhood is quiet, the home is clean, comfortable and had just about everything we needed for a great stay. There were plenty of games and activities to keep our toddler occupied, she especially loved the playground in the backyard. The walk to the beach is quick and we were lucky enough to experience some beautiful sunsets each night we were there. We were so sad to leave!"

"The home is advertised on VRBO but once booked, I had to download an app called Vacasa to manage our reservation. The directions stated that when we arrived, we should park directly in front of the garage. When we arrived at the address provided in the Vacasa App, we could not locate the home. The address provided was for a realty company and Thai restaurant. We parked along Pacific Ave and walked up and down the street a few times, convinced we had the incorrect address. "We really enjoyed exploring the area and this cottage was a perfect launch pad to explore Astoria and Seaside. We went to Sunset Beach each night to watch the sunset. Beds were very comfortable and the cottage was well stocked. Great stay!"

"Such a cute place. It was nice to show up and everything we could need was there. Fully stocked kitchen with spices, towels and soaps. We had a great stay for 3 adults. Highly recommend. Smart tv was easy to navigate"

"I've stayed here before and always hated to leave. Its a house that has just about everything you need for a wonderful break! the lock box can be difficult and probably should be replaced--after several phone calls to Vacasa we got inside. It was hard to put the key back at the end of our stay as well. Everything else was good, and although the house is off VRBO for the next year I am already looking forward to staying there when it returns."

"I loved the location of this complex, on a quiet dead end road, facing the ocean, with dunes, a pond and the boardwalk as your view. If not for the overly soft memory foam bed which was hard on my back, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very quiet yet within 5-10 minutes walk of Pacific Avenue with shops and restaurants, etc. The carpet had been hastily vacuumed but other than that the unit was very clean. The basics are there for the kitchen though not much more. No instructions for the...
