We were pleasantly surprised - the location was wonderful. We arrived mid morning and although our rooms weren’t quite ready, they checked us in and stored our luggage while we went for breakfast. Rooms were ready when we returned. Everyone on the staff was nice and the on site restaurant was good. We would definitely stay again.
We only stayed one night for a layover but the hotel did not disappoint. Clean, zen-like, great amenities in the room, great bed, quiet, good location, helpful staff, great value for money.
The rooms were clean and spacious. Water bottles at turn down in glass bottles were great. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a nice choice.
The hotel was clean and very comfortable beds. It is very cozy tucked away in a quiet part of the neighbourhood but close enough for you to walk to restaurants and shops, Oxford Circus and edge ware road literally minutes away. Loved the location.
The staff and managers were all so delightful and made every effort to make you welcome and your stay comfortable.
Very lovely gym and great restaurant on the premises.. loved the thoughtfulness of yoga mats provided and robes at nighttime. Such a lovely experience. I will definitely stay again when in London.
They greet you with champagne and mineral water on arrival and it’s available always.. never dehydrated 😁. Loved it
The staff in this hotel are excellent, starting from the front door. Room is very comfortable but you might ask to avoid the ground-floor handicapped accessible room if you have paid for a Deluxe room because the bathroom is less than ideal (as it must be in an accessible room). Even though this was a disappointment, the staff were super-pleasant .
Excellent gym. All new Technogym equipment.
Restaurant is pretty good, although if you are used to the normal serving order in a Japanese restaurant (where the sushi and sashimi come AFTER the cooked appetizers) you may find this restaurant’s serving choices a bit odd.
One other note - I sent an email 3 days before check-in to make a special request of the concierge but the email was never answered.
As always a haven of calm in the wonderful rush that is London. The team are all wonderful…kind and genuinely invested in making your stay perfect. The restaurant never disappoints…delicious.
A lovely, quiet hotel blocks from the Marble Arch tube stop and situated right between Hyde and Regent’s Park. The staff was helpful and accommodating, the rooms spacious by London standards, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom especially lovely (heated toilet seats! Who knew!). Would definitely be excited to stay here again.
Hotel is in an excellent location just off Oxford Street and Edgware Road area so lots of restaurants, and shops but is extremely quiet.
Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
Big shout out to Kelsea the front desk manager! She’s super sincere, wonderful service and remedied our feedback instantly. Made us feel seen and heard. She deserves due recognition! There should be more individuals in the service like her!
The hotel and staff couldn’t have made the trip for my parents better. Incredibly attentive, thoughtful and kind - and amazing facilities, very clean and tidy and a calming space. A complete gem in the city!
