This is a newly refurbished two bedroom apartment on the first floor, with your own private entrance through the front door, tailor-made for larger families, contractors, working professionals, and those seeking extended stays. This comfortable and fully-equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, offering all the convenience you need for a stress-free stay.
The property comfortably sleeps 4. There is high-speed internet broadband and tv channels, plus there is gas central heating throughout with smart heating controls.
Key Features: Bedroom 1 is spacious and has a comfortable double bed, a wardrobes with hangers, laminated floors and blackout curtains.
Bedroom 2 has 2 comfortable single beds, a double wardrobe with hangers, the window overlooking the back garden, and blackout blinds.
The lounge is relaxing and peaceful, with a window overlooking the garden. There is a dining area for 4 people. The TV is a 43 inch Smart Samsung 4K HDR giving precision sharp picture quality.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and amenities including oven, induction hob, washing/dryer machine ( situated in the bathroom) fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, and 4-slice toaster. The essentials include cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, kitchen knives, chopping board, cups, glasses, tea, coffee and sugar.
The nearest train stations you can arrive at are North Wembley station (Bakerloo line) or Sudbury Town Station (Piccadilly line). They are both about a 15 minutes walk to the property.
Road parking: There is a Parking restriction on the road from Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm. There is free parking permit provided. The parking permit is in the user’s manual folder in the apartment. Please display the permit in your car when necessary.
Access is available 24 hours with the provided key. I will provide the code for the lockbox, situated on the passage wall on your left hand side, to collect the key to have access to the apartment. The entrance is the blue door.
Shops/ restaurants: Tesco supermarket, corner shop, restaurants, post office are in about 8-10 minutes walk from the property.

Nice property and well equipped. Clean and spacious. Was quite a lot of street noise in the front bedroom and the front door to property doesn’t shut properly and needs replacing and was no WiFi in the apartment. Was good that parking was provided.

We spent 4 nights here. It is about 1 hour to get to the center of Londen, including a 15min walk to the underground. The house is a reasonable size for a family with 2 kids. The stairs to get to the appartment are narrow and steep, without a handrail. Very nice that there was a parking permit, we were lucking as space is limited in the street.
Wir hatten einen sehr netten Aufenthalt in dieser kürzlich renovierten Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ist aber durch zwei U-Bahnlinien gut angebunden. Küche und Bad machten einen sehr modernen Eindruck. Die Aufteilung ist praktisch für eine Familie oder Freunde. Alles war sehr sauber, die Gastgeberin war gut zu erreichen, nett und aufmerksam - klare Empfehlung!
Schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, nette Gastgeberin. Für viele Annehmlichkeiten war gesorgt (auch Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. Kaffee/heiße Schokolade, Spülmittel, Küchenrolle…).
Ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn-Station Sudbury Town. Parkplatz auf der Straße direkt vor dem Haus mit Anwohnerausweis. Gute Anbindung nach London City (ca. 30-40 Minuten). Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
