It's a cosy and convenient place for visit to Brunel. Stay only no food options though there are walkable places. Make sure you call them if you are reaching late, they will come and check you in

The location is good because its just next to the Brunel Univetsity. I would recommand people to stay in if pepole are looking for a place for bed and shower.

It's a bit run-down, but if what you need is a convenient and comfortable bed for the night, in a quiet area, and a functional shower in the morning, you can get that for a good price. And the staff were friendly and polite too.

It was clean and much bigger than expected. The staff was kind and accommodating. One star off because the bed could have been better. But it was a life saving last minute booking when our flight was cancelled.

Hotel is cheap and there is a reason why!!

Weird check in procedure, giving you a room code for the door. Smelt of cooking as you walked into reception. No teaspoons in the room to stir your drinks. I ran the shower for 10 mins, No hot water!!! Radiator was making a vibrating noise as it needed bleeding, didn't need it on and could not turn it off. Staff were fine tho and helpful.

The hotel name on Expedia is OYO Greenway Stays but there is no sign at the hotel of any connection with the OYO brand. The building is in a reasonable state of repair externally but internally out looks well worn and tired. The room itself had paint and plaster peeling from external damp and dirty marks on the wall beside the bed, very poor workmanship and maintenance in the ensuite in terms of poor tiling, loose tap on the sink, etc. The ensuite floor did not look clean. The reception was unmanned and i was texted in advance with an access code to my room so i had no direct contact with any staff. On a positive note, the bed sheets and towels appeared to be very clean and the WiFi worked well.

Cheap Price, Cheap Experience

Experience matches the (cheap) price. Small room with barely enough space to get around the bed, and a shower that I could just barely close the door to. No toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Relatively clean, but not in the best condition. TV is mounted in a weird location so it wasn't really easy to watch. No in-room safe, contrary to what is listed on the website (owners also seemed very confused when I asked them about this and kept insisting that the room itself was safe, which was not my concern, although I will admit I now have some security concerns about the keypad locks and how often the codes are changed). Also there is absolutely zero soundproofing, so if you're a light sleeper definitely do not stay here. Overall: mediocre, if you're looking for a cheap stay.

This place was out of the in a very residential area, long walk from the bus. Biggest problem was the one available outlet (with a power strip), and only two convenience stores open late for food.

Super poor quality hotel

Booked a family room with 2 beds, but got only 1 double bed. No hot water on shower or sink tap. Almost no water pressure in shower. Toilet was not functioning, was advised could instead use a staff toilet next to reception - this toilet was filthy, super dirty. See photos.

Not recommended at all

I booked this hotel for my daughter, as she was competing in a nationalsports event at Brunel University and this was the closest hotel to the event that had rooms available and I didn’t want her to have to have added stress dealing with accommodation on competition day. From the outset there were problems. Firstly, my daughter didn’t receive her check-in information, so I had to phone the contact information on here. It turns out that it wasn’t the right information and I was given a number for the hotel. When I called them, I was told the room wasn’t paid for Yet, so I sent a transfer using Wise. I was then told that the transfer hadn’t gone through even though it had on my account, and that my daughter would have to pay again. In the end, I said I was not happy with this and I would pay if the transfer have not come through by the end of the stay. I haven’t received any notification yet, so I assume it did. When my daughter entered her room, there was another person in it. She had been given the wrong room details and as the room could be entered with a code, anyone with that code could get in her room, as she did with someone else. When she entered her room, finally, she found hair in the shower. When I contacted the hotel again about this, they said the room had been cleaned and no one else had been in it. I beg to differ. My daughter informed me that she could not sleep because the noise was so bad coming from other rooms as there was no soundproofing.
