"Being located at a prime spot, disappointed to see that the hotel does not provide mini fridge in the room. No basic amenities in the bathroom. In our last day, the beds were made but trash was left behind and towels not replenished. Even if we are checking out the following day, they should have cleaned or tidied up the room as expected. We’ve never been in a hotel that leaves the garbage bin full after making the beds. Taking the trash is better than making the beds."

"We loved our room when we got there but we had a difficult time finding the room since the lift we needed was out of service. The view from our room was lovely and the ferry across the river was extremely helpful!"

"The location of this Hotel is excellent situated between Big Ben across the Thames next to the London Eye.. The room was clean, with a typical old English shower, slightly bigger than a phone booth. I thought the "suite" was designed poorly with the bathroom situated between the king bed on one side with a "roll out sofa bed" on the other, which was quite uncomfortable for my 71 year old body on the other side. I was traveling with a friend so the configuration isn't workable. When I made the booking I requested a room with twin beds. We asked to be moved to just a twin bed but was told we were ungraded to a suite; our request was denied and was told they would split the king bed by about 6 inches. If you want personal privacy this hotel is not for you. If you are traveling with a small family it provides privacy you would like. As a single traveler usually with friends and not a significant other this hotel is not for you. A thumbs up on the breakfast buffet and kitchen staff and an ice machine on every floor,"

"Perfect location, friendly staff clean hotel. Breakfast was nice a choice of buffet or al a cart same price.tea and coffee not automatically in the room but available for free on request but run out of milk, but the bar downstairs were kind and filled a little cup for free although separate business to hotel! Would definitely go again. 👍"
