Clean room, comfortable bed, and a thoughtful bath mat in the bathroom that made shower time safer for my child. Unfortunately, I woke up late and missed breakfast. Overall, a lovely and pleasant stay.
The room was spacious and very comfortable. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge choice of food
The rooms at the Hilton London Metropole were extremely small. There is no drawer or shelf space for clothes. There’s only a small closet. Towels are offered, but face cloths are not. It was a bit of a disappointment, given the quality and standard that I’ve come to expect of Hilton hotels.
Great rooms and breakfast but disappointing reception. The reception was not welcoming, ignored benefits I deserve and tried to give me the lowest room available despite being a platinum. I had to argue to get the a decent room. No refill of water bottles despite asking for.
If service improve they will be five.

Well placed and the biggest room I’ve had in London. Comfy bed and pillows. The elevator situation is a challenge. Two of the elevators are down (out of a bank of four) so it’s a long wait.

On arrival no greeting, receptionist treated us as an inconvenience, not friendly boarding on rude. Told us our room was in the west wing but no instructions on how to get there, we lef tthe desk and askes concierge he was also ride and said down there. No smiles or interaction. Pretty dissapointing.
The room was dirty, dusty and chewing gum uner the bedsde table, im sure its still there, i did not remove it.
Pretty disappointing for a 4 star hotel, expected more
Although i will say the staff in the cafe were lovely
Hotel is goed. Mooie locatie, vlakbij metro.
Hotel ligt in a slechte buurt.
Was a difficult building to navigate to my room. Some lifts were being refurbished and I had to demand a member of staff walk with me to find my room after I had spent 1/2 searching for it. Terribly designed building, the architects and those who approved their awful work should be prosecuted for their dismal work.
Incorrect details at check in, stating we hadn’t paid for a room when we had. Room we were staying in had a strong offensive smell, so strong that it was difficult to sleep. Room was clean but very tired decor.
We stayed two non-consecutive nights. The first day we got to store our luggage. We were able to check into our rooms early on the second day. Both were so helpful to us. The rooms are nice. The gym is great.

The breakfast buffet was pretty good actually better than expected.
Although the hotel is nice, it’s getting pretty rundown. A lot of things were over used. The housekeeping staff had much to be desired a couple of days they didn’t come to clean our room at least until 5 o’clock, which was kind of annoying. They did not have any attention to detail not replacing empty boxes of tissue, not replacing empty containers of lotion. One day we requested Non down pillows and it took two days to get them even though we asked housekeeping we asked the front desk we asked concierge services. It took forever to get them. The location is great if you want to use the tube at Edgware station.
Clean, comfortable enough. Small bathroom. It’s a big hotel, so there’s a wait for the elevator/lift when you’re on the 18th floor. Breakfast at 9 is chaos with hundreds of people.
The breakfast bar food was fresh. The room was clean when we arrived. We found a shoe under one of the beds from a previous guest. We they cleaned the room they did not restock the coffee and tea unless
