The check-in was flawless and Chennelle was cheery, bright and really helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and stylise with an art deco feel. Lovely hotel and would definitely stay again!

Dispensers for hand wash, shampoo etc impossible to dispense!
The overhead shower was whatever the opposite of monsoon is. A mere trickle.
Bed comfortable. More milk needed for coffees.
Great room (upgraded), peaceful for the central location it enjoys. Would have preferred a security pass for the lift, we did find a non-resident in the pantry (which had bonus snacks and drinks) on our way home from the theatre district. Easy tube links etc, nice fittings, friendly staff. Thank you!
I’m not sure the location could be bettered for transport links and the staff were fantastic. I hadn’t realised I’d booked a room with a bath rather than shower but for a one night stay the bath was OK.
Room supremely quiet despite a busy world right outside.
Would book again.
We were given an attic room even though the hotel was not full. We had to go back to reception because our key didn’t open the door. The room was badly lit. One bedside light was missing a switch. Bathroom was so small that trying to use the basin water splashed on the floor. The loo roll was hidden behind a bath robe. Eggs Royale came on a solid untoasted bagel instead of a muffin. Only reason I gave it one star instead of zero was great food in the bar.
So convenient for trains and underground. Room lovely and comfy everything you need. Very helpful staff.

Excellent site at Kings Cross with several U-lines and train stations.
Friendly staff, very clean rooms.
But avoid floor 5: small windows & low water pressure
Honestly the room and the everyone there were so friendly. Also so apologetic when one of the rooms was not ready for a while.
There was a little incident with a man slumped at the lift area but apart from that it was a wonderful hotel. Would stay again
Nice room for the night as booked. Location couldn't be better next to King's Cross station for our train the next date. Room was pin quiet and modern retaining some more original characteristics as well.
Beautiful room with great views but the moment we got into bed it was clear the mattress was way past its best. Unfortunately it was rock hard and a dip in the centre meant we constantly rolled into it. I told staff at the front desk who said someone would email me but they didn’t.
The shower gel pump was broken as well
This was a perfect choice! Great location, in an area with a great vibe.
Room was small but beautifully presented, which was no problem. Breakfast choices were excellent and dining options nearby are plentiful.
Close to a number of mainline and underground stations, so suitable for all travellers.
Highly recommended
