It was easy access from Heathrow airport to Russell Square. No transfers. A few stairs to navigate at Russell Square but a lift to the exit and a short walk to the hotel. Enjoyed.

Lovely large room with spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was very good. Loved the location. Easy walk to the tube, around the corner from the British Museum and close to Covent Garden.

It was overall good

The hotel was overall good! The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were a bit firm, but it was manageable. There were some ants in the bathroom, but once we mentioned it to the reception, they handled it quickly 👏 The breakfast was surprisingly limited – mainly bread rolls with a small selection of toppings, and you had to pay extra if you wanted something warm. The only real downside was the carpeted floor – it felt a bit unhygienic, like it had just been vacuumed rather than properly cleaned. - but then again is was not the plaza, I was happy I got a bed and a bathroom Other than that, a pleasant stay with great service!

This was a return visit. Check in was easy via attentive Reception staff. We found our way to our room which required physical key as well as the key card. The room was much larger than expected but very acceptable. The beds were very comfortable. The heating was eventually controlled. In all we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location location location…☺️

It’s an older property but if you go in knowing that, then you’ll enjoy your stay. We found it quaint and the staff was so pleasant and professional, as well as helpful. We had a great time in London and the Grange Beauchamp is in such a great location…near the theaters, restaurants, Museum, and within walking distance to so many things!

Nice stay.

Pros are …Lovely comfy beds, nice quiet location. Staff are very friendly & breakfast is good. Downsides are… Both bath towels were stained and one pillow case was stained. The shower water didnt drain away very well so had to wait ten minutes between showers to get in.

room was ok & quiet, it's dated & little run down

Staff were very good, nice and helpful making my daughter feel very welcome on her birthday. The room was ok and quiet on the 3rd floor, it's a little dated and run down, for example the TV didn't work and the sink was loose in the bathroom and there was no ironing board just an old school trouser press. Bed was comfy though a little short as my legs stuck out the bottom. I didn't complain as we were off out for a busy weekend visit to london.
