We really enjoyed our stay. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen area were spotless, and the hosts were welcoming and quick to help. When we messaged about an issue with the blind, they responded promptly and came to fix it right away. The train station was a 10 minute walk away and a 20 minute train journey into the centre of London.

Check in not clear. We arrived and rang the bell no answer and no mobile number given on the site we booked through but once we contacted the owner they got us sorted quickly and the room was great and the lovely lady who was cleaning was really helpful. Onsite parking which is excellent

The room was quiet and clean, which made it very comfortable. For a price under £60, it’s an excellent value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for affordable and quality accommodation.

Cozy and clean little property. The owner was very amenable and understanding of last minute changes and requests during my stay. Absolutely a great stat for anyone looking for a stay in Edgeware.

A beautiful home in a lovely area. Very close to transportation links (the bus stop is about a 2 minute walk away), and plenty of dining options. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, which made my stay comfortable. I really like the amount of healthy breakfast options provided by the owner. Highly recommend!

Clean and comfortable. Nice outside seating area and free on site parking. Nearest tube is a 10 min bus ride but Mill Hill Broadway is just 5 mins walk. Breakfast is do it yourself, cereals toast, fruit juice etc.

Comfortable but issues with room 7

Rooms small but practical and clean. All was comfortable. Watch out for room 7. The door entry is from the communal kitchen and is not sound proof. Biggest issue though for me was that the windows don’t seal properly and the smokers area is just outside so the stink of smoke and noise of the smokers was disappointing. If they fixed the windows to stop the smoke smell coming in and making it more soundproof for both the windows and door it would be perfect. From what I could see other rooms would have been fine. I’d stay again if I could ensure I was in a different room.

Lovely little find

Lovely place to stay. Clean and fresh except the kettle, which had water left in it and bits floating. Also one mug was chipped, which is never nice. The pillows were a little flat but we discovered another in the closet but an extra one each would have been appreciated. The breakfast choice was brilliant. Cereal, pastries, bread for toasting, jam, orange juice, coffee. If the above minor discrepancies were put right i would have given 5 stars. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast is included in the price if you buy the ingredients and prepare it yourself. Jam and some factory-packaged pastries were available. No water or juice. Very poor soundproofing. The smells of the kitchen came into the room strongly. Excellent cleanliness.

It had no front desk and no phone number. Luckily a cleaner let us in, had she not been there im not sure how we would have got in. It wasnt possible to turn off the bathroom light in our room, there was no light switch. The property details need to show the bed is up against a wall so can only be vacated from one side, not ideal. Some fruit provided at breakfast would be nice and there was no juice available. On the plus side it was in a quiet area and relatively close to a tube station.

Not a bad place to stay if you're looking for somewhere as a base to go into the city. We were attending a concert at Wembley Stadium and it was fine. A bit noisy on the main road, though.
