Top London Hotel Reviews
The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
8/10 Good
"Hotel is a great location. Easy walk to things to see and close to subway station. Room was clean and good sized. WiFi was excellent. Everything was great except we came during a heat wave in the summer and the rooms have no A/C. The staff did provide fans for the room but, windows only opened a few inches and did not allow enough air in. Sleeping at night was a little uncomfortable because of the heat."
Atrium Hotel Heathrow
8/10 Good
"The information provided for the airport could have been more accurate- like the bus number and where to catch the bus"
Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Terminal 4
8/10 Good
"Good location for quick access to the airport and trains to central London."
Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
10/10 Excellent
"Stayed here for one night and hotel was easy to find. Staff was great and bed was super comfortable. Could hear other people through the door if the room so that was a bit annoying at first but got better. Amenities in the room were nice!"
Sofitel London Heathrow
10/10 Excellent
"We decided to stay here to make our flight out the next day easier and it ended up paying off in spades. First, the hotel is wonderful, peaceful, and so clean. We had our 2.5 year old and felt welcomed in the more sophisticated setting. We had club access which was well worth it, especially for the breakfast and ordered room service for dinner, which was much faster than most other hotels. Our flight ended up getting so delayed that we decided to stay another night. Even though we had to move rooms (our room level was sold out for the night), the front desk team was able to get us adjoining rooms, store our bags, and help us with everything we needed to enjoy another day in London. The next day our flight was delayed again, giving us time to explore the hotel and get ourselves over to the airport. If you're not flying out of terminal 5, you'll need to give yourself plenty of time to get across the airport, but even with a bunch of bags and a stroller, everything was smooth. (They have luggage trollys from the airport at the hotel that you can take the entire way.) I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through. It was convenient for our day trip to Windsor, comfortable and quite throughout the hotel, and extremely clean. But best of all, everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you, Sofitel London!"
Hotel Riu Plaza London Victoria
10/10 Excellent
"The location was great. so close to Victoria Station for The Tube and buses, a few great theaters right there too. The hotel was very nice with a huge inv=cluded breakfast buffet. The staff were super helpful with directions and other questions."
Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
10/10 Excellent
"Travelled with my partner and stayed there for 24hours since we had a short layover. Room was big enough and clean. It is conveniently located and the staff were good at check-in and out. Would recommend."
Bedford Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints ostia any kind"
Princes Gardens
10/10 Excellent
"Very convenient location right near Albert Hall, ideal for our Proms visit. Staff everywhere were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and functional with excellent wifi, though a bit small for a double and had only 1 chair - that was ok for our 1 night but perhaps not so good for a longer stay. Buffet breakfast was good value, with plenty of food and lots of choice. It was a pity we arrived at the refectory just as a school group was going through so self-service was a bit slow and chaotic, but you could go back to get what you missed when the queue subsided. We ended up sharing a table with three delightful young Chinese girls keen to chat, an enjoyable bonus."
