The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The lights above my bed didn’t work, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. You could feel every single spring, to the point where I had to sleep on top of my duvet just to make the bed bearable. Luckily, the room was warm enough to do so. While I can’t fault the cleanliness or the staff, a comfortable bed is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel. Would I stay here again? Unfortunately, NO

We stayed 3 nights, staff were very friendly. Hotel is clean with comfortable beds. Good location, bus stop is round the corner and London Fields overground is a 5 minute walk away and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

The hotel, is situated in the middle of Hackney. Close to shops restaurants and cafes. Good bus service to local areas .15 minutes from Hackney Central.

This was a very convenient and reasonable priced hotel for a 1/2 night stopover. The rooms are small but have everything you need. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom small but clean. No breakfast provided but there are plenty eateries in the area , a nice pub - The London fields nearby and a cafe around the corner. The reception manager was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the actual hotel isn’t far from the tube transport but it was a bit difficult to find, its right next to a petrol station which helped with locating it, the locking and unlocking of the room door with the key was a bit stiff and the door handle was a bit loose but it still locked and was safe. I would stay again :)
