Cozy, bright and fully equipped top-floor apartment, located in Les Tonyines, a quiet residential area just 50 meters away from the beach and 2 km away from Llançà center. It has 2 double bedrooms (one with double bed and one with bunk beds), living-dining room with sofa-bed, open plan kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large sunny terrace with wonderful sea views. Amenities: oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, heating and canopy. It includes parking space in the communal garage. The complete equipment and its privileged location -away from the bustle in the centre and just 50 meters away from the beach-, make it an ideal lodgement for a family or a group to experience an unforgettable holiday in the Costa Brava.
