"Checked in 330am as travelling back from manchester airport. I managed to check in despite this hotels add on expedia showing check in rules after 1am is not possible. This is incorrect. Staff so friendly and accomodating. Definately worth it"

"We have stayed here a number of times, as our daughter goes to the Uni of Liverpool and it is near her accommodation. Brilliant that she can come and join us for breakfast too. We realise now that the first time we stayed we must have had an upgrade as the rooms since haven’t been as nice. It is of no consequence though and it is always our first choice. Lovely staff, lovely breakfast and nothing at all to fault. "
