"Excellent hotel for a city break. Check-in was quick and efficient. Location is excellent, right in the middle of the city. Room was clean and modern. WiFi worked well. Comfortable beds. Spacious clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Light switches are a bit confusing to work out, but not a big deal. Overall, highly recommended and would definitely stay again."

"Great hotel for young families in Cairns. Close enough to talk to town and to Muddy’s playground, right next door to the aquarium. Fantastic pool which my kids loved and so nice to have some activities during the day and night for the kids/family. Food service is a bit slow at the restaurant but otherwise breakfast is great. Will definitely be staying again when we next go to Cairns."

"From the minute we arrived the staff were professional, engaging and so very friendly! They were quick to answer our questions and gave us some ideas also that were super helpful. The room was quiet and the location was ideal. I had also received, weeks earlier, a welcome letter which was just another way that made us feel welcome. The staff were just wonderful, from reception to the dining / breakfast staff. Not just friendly but above that. They would spend time chatting with us and were always warm and inviting.
