Everything was beyond expectation. Front desk staff (Arthur) and the night guy, didn't catch his name, are friendly polite and so helpful. Breakfast was very good. We had to leave to the airport very early and were offered a breakfast box that was very nice. The room was very good. Shuttle service from airport and cruise terminal excellent. We couldn't be happier with our two nights with you, we would recommend your hotel to anyone.

The staff at reception were always very helpful always answering our questions and giving us tips on how to get around the City.Our room was lovely and the choice at Breakfast was excellent. This was a pretty good stay and price for a hotel so close to the airport. I only needed it for one night so I could fly back home easily the next morning and it did the job. A good tip is that you can easily catch a cheap €7-10 Bolt/Uber to the airport, but just account for at least a 15 min wait time for the app to even assign you a driver. There’s a couple super markets right beside the hotel and the subway is accessible directly outside the hotel too. Very good location wise because of these things. I highly recommend walking to the nearby restaurant “Zubir Churrasqueira” for some quality and very affordable peri peri chicken as well! It was one of the only places I tried with an actually spicy hot sauce. I even walked 5 mins down the street from the hotel and was able to find a cheap €25 carry on suitcase at a random corner store to bring home more souvenirs and goodies. I’m giving this stay five stars as I was pleased with everything I got for my one night stay. Just note that the hallway on my floor smelled a bit musty and the lights weren’t working at the end of the hallway where my room was located, which felt a bit strange. But the room was clean, the balcony was a nice amenity, and the staff was lovely and accommodating. I really enjoyed the free breakfast I caught right before leaving for my flight too. Highly recommend!

This hotel was very convenient for staying just out of the centre with a metro stop just outside. There is also a small supermarket next door to get drinks and snacks etc. The room is comfortable and there is a fridge and safe in the room but no kettle (if you like a cuppa first thing in the morning). The only problem was the traffic noise as it’s on a busy road but this would be better if you get a room at the rear of the property. The breakfast was extensive with cereals, cold meats and cheese, fruit salad, hot options like scrambled egg, bacon, asparagus and mushrooms. There was also toast, bread rolls, pastries and pastel des natas of course! Tea, coffee and fruit juices to drink. It was a buffet breakfast and good way to set you up for the morning. The reception staff were helpful and you could leave your bags if you need to if you have a later flight. A good value stay and I would stay here again if I was in Lisbon.
