Hotel is in a quiet location, set back from a wide tree lined avenue but near enough to walk into the historic centre of the city. All staff were extremely friendly and efficient, especially the bar staff. Room was a good size and very quiet on the 8th floor. It was cleaned every day unless you put a card outside your door to refuse it and were rewarded with a free drink (alcoholic or non). For breakfast there was a great choice catering for all nationalities and tastes. But the main attraction was the rooftop bar with the most amazing view of Lisbon right down to the sea! There’s also a pool but it was probably a little too cold to swim in late October. The bar is open at night with burners to keep you warm in the cool evenings.

Loveliest hotel. Staff were all friendly, particularly the bar staff on the rooftop. I like the option of opting out of room cleaning and saving the cleaning products used as well as the washing for things like towels. Breakfast was lovely, a small dinning room butbtje ladies their made it work. Great location, walking to some lovely resturants and bars nearby. Very convenient to have a grocery store in the basement of the building.

The hotel is ok. Definitely located in one of the top neighborhoods. However, the hotel needs some remodeling and fixing. Also; the nicest areas are the front desk and the rooftop.

Truly a superb example of Marriott service in the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The staff was extremely helpful in helping us secure temporary items we needed after Iberia delayed our bags. Good food in both the breakfast area and the upstairs terrace.

Great hotel in a upmarket location on the Liberty Avenue. Staff were very helpful and attentive throughout. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choice. Shower is very powerful and bed is extremely comfortable. We had a room without a view but didn’t really bother us as we were out exploring the city. Bit too cool for using the pool but shame the rooftop bar wasn’t open yet. It would have been open the week after our stay though. Overall highly recommend this hotel.

This Hotel is a great value option in the City Center of Lisbon. The Rooftop bar is a great place to enjoy a drink at night and enjoy the view of the City. We truly enjoyed our stay and the size of the rooms are generous, when compared to other Boutique Hotels.

The overall hotel was great but because I had multiple issues and can’t give it a 5 star Let’s start with the good thinks Well located Supermarket at the lower lever of that facility with also multiple coffee shops and restaurants Pool on the roof was amazing with a bar are small resto The hotel was clean and the staff was also great the bad First room the ac unit was making noice and the shower didn’t drain properly that all the water was coming back into the bathroom floor, that caused a mess, I really hope they fix that. Cause of these issues they changed our room but that cause another issue now the AC was barely cooling off the room comparison to the first room we mentioned that situation but we were told that it was fine, not to us , was really hard sleeping in the heat Beside that a great spoke but the rooms start showing their age of usages.
