Went back the second time. As good as ever. Beach is walking distance room is clean and tidy. Service is friendly. Recommended to couple and family

Very beautiful resort. privite beach, clean pool. Our family had a great time.

Assistant front desk manager was brilliant he provided us with service above and beyond our expectations and made us feel very welcome. He is an excellent ambassador for this hotel. We appreciated him providing us personal service.

We had part of our honeymoon at The Atlantis and enjoyed the service and amenities. In particular, our butler Elena was extremely accommodating, helpful and elevated our experience. We were also gifted a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor and had access to the Imperial Club which provided us with so much food to enjoy each day! The pools and amenities were very clean. Thank you for making our honeymoon extremely memorable.

GREAT!!! Beach destination. Get away from Sanya!! And check this hotel out, you won't be disappointed

We stayed 3 nights during December 2014. The hotel was lovely although it was evident that it was a little bit older than some of the other hotels in the area. However, this did not take away from the excellent experience. The standard twin share room had two double beds with a large bathroom. The best thing about this hotel was its fantastic private beach. Great location and beautiful resort

Perfect lodging to experience the beautiful shoreline of Sanya. It has plenty of recreational amenities and F&B outlets to fulfill the needs of family especially for younger kids.

We stayed six nights in Ritz Carlton Sanya. We really love this place. Room is great! Staff are extremely friendly. They observed that my toddler likes chocolate ice-cream and mango juice. They gave him free chocolate ice-cream and mango juice during our last day, which was a surprise to us. My husband and I went for a long walk. When we came back, Ritz Carlton staff immediately gave us two bottles of water without we asking. The food is also amazing! I recommend this hotel without any...

amazing resort with friendly staff, close to local amenities

My fiancé and I stayed here for 6 nights in a deluxe room at the end of February. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The resort pools were nice, although they weren’t quite as relaxing as we had hoped. There were a lot of people using SUPs which made it difficult to fully relax by the poolside, and during our stay the beachfront pool was closed due to the fireworks happening every night for Lunar New Year. The gym facilities were also very...
