Atlantis discriminates against seniors. Pool had a sign stating anyone above 65 years of age must be accompanied. The Ambassador dive sets a maximum age limit at an arbitrary age of 59. The dive staff is ignorant, it does not recognize the international PADI dive certification and recent experience I presented them. The king ocean view room on the 35 floor was the nicest hotel compared to USA, Canada, Mexico and Europe, and Cruise ships.Food was exceptionall, better than any of the other places

Fun family trip

Very fun, enjoy the time here for 5 days 4 nights. The waterpark is so much fun even for adults. The food is fantastic! Highly recommend for family to come.

Stay was excellent, Property is big and have lots of Activities to keep you occupied for 2-3 days. Hotel service was good lots of restaurant. only downside is room sound proofing is weak. can hear the sounds from next room or the floor above when they move things or drop stuff on the floor.

Excellent hotel Buffet breakfast very good. Club lounge too many customers, too crowded. Hotel restaurants very few choices. Restaurants in shopping arcade quality no good.

No quality for the price. Do not book this hotel unless you want to enjoy the waterpark 24/7. Everything else is bad for value, budget breakfast, bad toiletries, poor bedding, broken lights etc.

We had part of our honeymoon at The Atlantis and enjoyed the service and amenities. In particular, our butler Elena was extremely accommodating, helpful and elevated our experience. We were also gifted a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor and had access to the Imperial Club which provided us with so much food to enjoy each day! The pools and amenities were very clean. Thank you for making our honeymoon extremely memorable.

The hotel has rooms on two sides. One side (rooms are in 100s) faces the Atlantis water park. Avoid having a room on this side as music/bass will be loud until 10:30 at night. Make sure to stay on the other side (rooms are in 200s) to have a peaceful night. We stayed four nights, two night on each side as we requested a room change.

the temperature of swimming pool is too cold to be going swimming. It is not so good, I suggest to the hotel need to improve it.
