Suggested improvements are better bed sheets as they are very hot and not breathable material. Also would be great to state in ad that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. If we had on known this we would have stayed elsewhere as aircon top on our list. "

"Beautiful heritage building in the heart of Hobart with walkable access to the city and nearby restaurants. I stayed after a hiking trip for the jet bath and will absolutely do so again. A good mix of short and long staying guests who often gather in the communal areas for a chat."
