"The property was just fantastic! Amazing location with great views, located just outside Aguile du Midi cable car within a walkable distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The reception staff were just fab, very helpful, knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you. Our apartment was spotless, well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. "I didn't like the fact that check-in starts late at 5 pm, and check-out is early at 10 am. Also, the photos do not correspond to reality. One gets the impression that bunk beds are a separate room...but this is not so and they are located right next to the bathroom...it would be some inconvenience if we rested in 4. "Great location and very well equipped apartment, always warm and lots of hot water. Good ski boot room and storage. Small but perfectly formed. However there was someone else’s facecloth in the bathroom when we arrived. Also, after stripping the beds at the end of the stay (as requested) the blue mattress cover under our sheets was quite stained & it wasn’t from us."

"The hotel was ok and fine for 1 night, we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer. It was a bit grubby in places and the bathrooms would have benefited from some mould spray. We had a dreadful nights sleep, the mattress was so thin, there were no spare pillows. Also the room was incredibly hot and as we were on the ground floor we couldn’t leave the patio doors open, for safety, and there were no windows to open. The electricity went off during the night when our youngest went to the toilet. ...

"We have been visiting Les Arcs for 5 years now, usually staying four weeks. We absolutely love the Belmont, its a great location, the kids can walk to camp but most of all we love the service, Charlotte, Gerianne, Maeva, they are the best.
