"Old hotel with a lot of character. Air conditioning was wonderful in late August. Enjoyed the convenience of having a mini bar in the room with reasonable prices. Breakfast was great. Only a few minutes walk from public transport, various dining options, and ice cream shops. Fun tip...If you do the Hop On/Hop Off bus to tour the city, there are two stops very nearby. That was very convenient, and I used it as my public transportation for two days. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. "

"I can't say our stay wasn't without issues as there were unfortunately several, however the reason I'm still giving 5 stars is because of the staff. Camilla on reception and every other member of staff went above and beyond to rectify the problems we experienced and for that reason alone I am giving the Vienna Plaza 5 stars. They are without doubt the best people I have ever dealt with in a hotel and are a credit to Hilton. I personally can't thank them enoug for making our stay a good one. "
