"Good location for exploring Vienna. Easy access to public transport etc. The apartment had everything we needed. Excellent communication about how to find it and get in. Absolutely no complaints, recommended!"
"This is a beautiful hotel in a very nice area of the city. Walkable to City Hall, restaurants, shops, and other attractions.
The hotel rooms are very luxurious. However, the architecture of our suite was less than idea. The price was too high for what they offered. "
"The front desk people were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean and we'll maintained. The breakfast was very good and had many offerings. "
"Exceptional customer service from check in to check out. All staff were great! Breakfast was healthy and delicious but very, very busy. An extra coffee/tea machine would be really useful as there was sometimes a delay getting a drink.
Very well placed for transport and perfect for our needs."

Hilton Vienna Park
10/10 Excellent
"Decent room with functioning AC, which is not always the case even in more expensive hotels in the city. We could check in early, and it was conveniently located. "
"Excellent location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Easy access to shopping and food. The location was the best part and I would come back because of this. The rooms were large and comfortable. Somewhat of an odd layout as bathroom and toilet were separated on opposite sides of the room. Also both bathroom and toilet had frosted glass doors. They were not see through, but lacked privacy. My older kids were uncomfortable with this. We enjoyed our stay, but I lowered the stars on service as staff were not very friendly. We were also only given 2 bath towels for 4 people. Asked for more but they only left 2 each day. "
"I did not like the fact that it was no refrigerated in the room. I have medication that require refrigeration.
But the stuff was nice and kept it in the bar area"
