Great location close to transit, a lot of space, and a bed big enough for someone 6’3 in the room we selected. My wife loved the kitchen and ability to cook during our stay. Very clean and comfortable - I highly recommend staying here.

I stayed in the apartment for a conference and spent a few days there as a tourist. The place is conveniently located within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, and transportation. It has everything needed for a short or extended stay. It has the vibe of a nice hotel but is also homey without feeling like you are staying in somebody’s house.

So glad that we stayed at the Urban Jungle for our visit to Vienna. It's in an excellent position with easy access to the city sites and the airport. There are plenty of local shops and good restaurants. But most of all, the apartment was perfect, thoughtfully designed and with considerable effort also being given to accessibility and the environment. I just wish everywhere else was as good. Well done Urban Jungle, you're exceptional in what you do.

Beautiful apartment - just no true a/c

The apartment itself is beautiful and extremely clean. The location is ok. Not in the heart of Vienna but accessible by metro The downside is the a/c. It got very hot even with the air conditioner turned all the way down and the fans on. I noticed in other reviews the recommendation was to leave windows open at night however we had lots of flies and other insects come in.

It was unique, clean and safe. Loved the lobby and everything about the room. State of the art equipment and cozy atmosphere. The safety deposit is almost as much as the room cost itself. Guess that’s to be expected

Beautiful renovated apartment in a great location

Great location, few minutes from Prater, easy access form/to airport with the S7 train and also close to metro station. The apartment is very clean and nice, equiped with everything you need. Check-in process is very simple you get a code and just let yourself in.

What a surprise. Really fabulous apartments!!

The apartments are new-build, coming onto the market in Aug 23, being a former hotel now converted into luxury apartments. They are very tastefully furnished, with modern lighting, REAL plants and lots of comforts. The balcony was fantastic. I would recommend choosing the balcony option if you can. Easy walking access to local transport options. Brigitte is a very good hostess.

Great location and excellent communication. Only thing not so happy with was having to take rubbish out ourselves. I think it is a bit unreasonable to expect guess to take any rubbish out. Yes, by all means leave the place tidy and rubbish in the apartment bins but to take them out should be role for the cleaners. It is not that we are snubby but with the pressure of a 10:00 am exit plus carrying one's luggage plus checking out in their app plus getting entry to the bin room outside can be stressfu and leave a bad taste to guests. I am saying this also as someone experience also as landlord who also rents our summer villa in Spain for 20 years now.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Urban Jungle Apartment, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. This charming apartment is the ideal blend of comfort and style. Wonderful one-bedroom apartment. Recently renovated with high-end features. Fabulous rain-forest shower. "Full-size" (by European standards) refrigerator with freezer so we were able to make plenty of ice, but we did bring our own ice trays. (Been to Europe before!) Two-burner induction stove. We were able to cook breakfast easily (eggs and bacon and toast in the convection oven). TV has no cable so bring your Roku (or Firestick) as we did and plug it into the side of the TV. Internet access was top notch, absolutely no issues. Washer-drier available on 1st floor. The only complaint is that is was so comfy that we didn't get out the door early enough each day!

Overall this was a good stay, however the description which states air conditioning and the way the apt is cooled (using water pipes under floors) are not congruent. The living space was never below 25 C. We were staying during a heat wave and it was very hot. We did email requesting an extra fan as there were 4 occupants in the two rooms. We were told an extra fan had been delivered when it had not. They did bring an extra fan for the final night in the unit. Otherwise the unit was clean and had good access to public transit. There is a nice balcony, courtyard, and an area to purchase beverages.
