"I loved it was so close to busy Chicago but in the quiet subarbs where it was nice and quiet and felt very safe. The rooms were excellent and well equipped and the kitchen was full of snacks to eat when you wanted and a great selection of drinks.

"Older motel, 50s/60s era, super clean, super safe, great parking. TV is small and breakfast is a "cereal bar," but other than that: you are getting what you pay for, and the online pics and descriptions are accurate. Will stay again. It's a great neighborhood, and you cannot beat the price."

"We had a great stay at this cozy apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Brian was helpful when I arrived and had trouble with the door. The location is fantastic, a short walk to Wrigley Field and, if you're up for it, a longer walk to the lakefront down Addison. In the opposite direction and steps away, there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, a historic fine arts theater and shopping on Southport. Uncommon Ground on Clark Street has excellent food and drinks, kind servers and friendly patrons. The beds were comfortable with lots of extra blankets if you need them. We didn't use the coffee maker or teapot, but if you plan to do so, you might want to bring your own bottled water. "
"This apartment was a great value, and its Andersonville location was excellent. It had plenty of space and was well-furnished. I would stay here again."
Walking distance to restaurants, shops and Lake Michigan,
10/10 Excellent
"We had everything you could need-comfortable beds lots of blankets and pillows and a fully stocked kitchen and especially—Ross was always just a call or text away and a greatNotebook with maps. We felt very much at home"
"This place was perfect for our needs. We were in town for the birth of our grandchild and needed a place to stay for a few days. The building was very quiet, and with the hours we were there, we rarely saw any of the neighbors. The unit had everything we needed, and the bed was especially comfortable. The host always answered any of our questions in a very fast manner. I believe this is one of the best deals in Chicago!!"
"We had a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful, clean, spacious and in a great location. The owner was accommodating and the whole process was stress free. "
