"Hotel is in a great location but it’s looking tired ! Rooms are dull and dark. Spa looks old and the Gym has black Mold in the ceiling !! Not what you expect from a 5Star @Sofitel "

Only down points were the sometimes frustrating lifts, slightly steep prices for overnight parking and a disappointing lack of response to pre arrival communication (in person at the hotel was good). But would generally recommend strongly."
