"When you walk into the property it does look okay at first. However, the clothes rack was extremely dusty so we couldn’t hang any of our clothes up, we didn’t have any soap to wash our hands which is basic hygiene so we needed to go buy our own at the shop, there was rubbish in the bin when we got there, marks all over the wall etc. As the apartment is split into 4 flats, it’s extremely noisy when people are going in and out constantly."

"This is a nice full service hotel. It is conveniently located near the subway and porta Venezia. Convenient to basic shopping and near a good gelateria. The staff was helpful and kind. "Modern hotel with a quick check-in process and welcoming staff. However, the location is not close to Milan’s city center or main historical attractions. Our initial room had a musty odor, and the shower drain was clogged. Maintenance came to inspect it and assured us the issue was fixed, but after another shower, the drain remained clogged. We ultimately had to request a room change, which was inconvenient as we had already unpacked and had to repack all of our belongings before moving. To add to our disappointment, we were charged for the full breakfast buffet even though we only had coffee and a croissant. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, the room issues and unexpected breakfast charge negatively affected our overall experience."
