"Sucht man eine Urlaubsoase der besonderen Art, so ist man hier richtig. Umgeben von Weinreben, Wiesen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten und gestalteten Ecken kann man sich rundherum wohlfühlen. "Breakfast is not served at the hotel. It's at a rubbish cafe which is too far to walk too. Reception isn't open all week. Air con in rooms does not work - "an engineer has been called and will be 30 mins" was their response 3 days ago. No engineer came. TV in room is only for show as it isn't plugged in and there is no plug sockets near it! Overall very disappointing."

"We liked the location away from any busy streets, and it was very easy to find. It is a beautiful facility. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant open for dinner, as they were undergoing renovations. We did have a lovely breakfast on the terrace on the morning we left. All the staff was efficient and helpful."

"The property is quite dated. The lake isn’t accessible from the property nor are there good views. Thankfully, the town is only a ten minute walk away."

"Quaint little resort perched on the hillside in Clusane overlooking the southern end of Lake Iseo. A perfect spot to stay to fill in a weekend between business engagements. Great scenery, great local food and great driving experience around the lake and up to Montecampione."

"The outside of the place is not very appealing really needs some work, the room wasn't too bad, decent size and decent bathroom but the carpet in the rooms and hallways was old, loose and dirty. It isn't very good when you don't want to touch the buttons in the elevator because you can see how grimy they are, it is the little things that often count. I don't see how or why a hotel doesn't see things that are run down or just plain dirty. But overall it is near the lake and at least in October...

"This is a beautiful spot. We stayed in the cottage which was lovely and a great respite after traveling. The staff were so accommodating and thoughtful. The food was delicious. The salmon and the lake char were some of the best meals I had in Italy. The view of Lake Iseo was stunning. "
