Lisa was available and super helpful, responsive to our questions. "Lovely hotel with a boutique vibe. Very convenient to what you want to see and do in Milan - the Galleria, Duomo, shopping and more. Only a 10 minute taxi to Centrale station. A 10 minute walk takes you to a pedestrian-only area filled with restaurants and bars. Can't comment on the restaurant since it was closed the one night we wanted to dine there, but the breakfast buffet was nice."
"This was a great property for a quick stay in Milan. I walked to the castle and Villa from there and shopped a little nearby. We ate at the total and it was easy and delicious. Some things were closed for August holidays but that is not the hotels fault!"
