"This property was probably my most favorite stay for my 13 day trip through Italy. If you are looking to stay around Chinatown (Milan) This condo is perfect for 2 people. Has all the amenities you can ask for. Center Milan is walking and using public transportation (roughly 20 mins) will definitely stay again. Also like to mention that it is very well cleaned and takes care of. "

"The communication was much appreciated to help me navigate in this area. The videos were extremely helpful and quick responses to questions. I found the place to be very clean and convenient to get around the places I needed to go. I found there were two distinct noises: morning bakery, people grabbing coffee on their way to work, trams and basic traffic....at night, it was full party mode with loud italian singing off key and happy patrons walking the streets. "I feel compelled to warn others. Our stay was ruined by construction noise starting at 8 AM. However, the worst part was the management's refusal to help after we left my son's refrigerated medication behind. Even though I offered to pay for everything to have it sent to Rome, they were completely unhelpful. For a daily, injectable medicine, you would expect at least some effort or compassion. They simply didn't care."

"Check-in process was very difficult and not clear. Luckily there was a helpful cleaner on-site who was able to help us. The apartment was dirty, even had a packet of half eaten Oreos in the bedroom cupboard and lots of hair in the shower drain, meaning it didn’t drain. We had to remove it ourselves. Not enough toilet paper for the four days stay, and we had to buy our own. Despite asking for the sofa bed to be made up, we had to wait over 5hours for sheets to be delivered. Would not recommend. "
