The room itself was beautiful with an amazing view of the gallery. Completely soundproof. And decorated tastefully. The staff were incredible as well. They consistently made themselves available for questions and assistance (even when some of the questions were a little dumb). Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Milan.

This hotel is part of the arcade. You need to know that because at night it gets quite loud. However, you’re quite literally on top of everything! So it’s super convenient. The room we had was a loft style and the bed area was *unbearably hot* and I am usually freezing when I sleep so it wasn’t me! We had to open the doors that lead to the arcade just so we could breathe. With that came the noise. The hotel is immaculate. The room was a decent size. The bathroom was lovely. At the end of our trip it took them over 30 minutes to get our car. That was frustrating. When we inquired about breakfast we were treated like paupers because we “booked through Expedia” Well as Platinum Expedia members we are entitled to certain upgrades which we did not get. For the price point of this property I would not stay here again. Also for what it’s worth if you’re traveling with kids the walls are wallpapered nude bodies of both genders.

We were in Milan specifically to see The Last Supoer and The Duomo. This modern hotel was very conveniently located. The staff and room were excellent. Since we had to leave super early the next morning, they made us “to go” Breakfast Boxes. Definitely recommend them for anyone going to Milan, especially if you enjoy modern art. And the Galleria is a 5 minute walk!

Beautiful hotel at an excellent location with perfect view of the shopping center, 5 minute walk to the train station , upstairs from all the luxury boutiques , the bathroom was so beautiful and large. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back here

The hotel is located in the best area. The Galleria shopping mall and all the best tourist attractions are within walking distance. However, they are doing construction and you hear noise all day long starting from 7:30 AM. One evening we heard Construction as late as 11:30 PM.

Cant beat this location. Hotel fabulous, especially dining room ambience and view into Galleria, only downside was noise in Galleria late at night from people walking through because of echo in there….not the hotel’s fault of course.
