"Great front desk staff. Very friendly. Very clean and up to date. However, we had an unstable shower head which we reported but couldn't get service until after noon the next day. Also, we had loss of wifi the second day of a 2 day stay, so that was not pleasant. There are not that many amenities onsite, e.g. to buy drinks etc. We had to go to a second sister property a couple of minutes away to get some bottled water, soda, and wine. "Clean, comfortable, small kitchen. Modern and neat. Nice location next to central railway station. You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual. "Amazing hotel with a great and helpful staff. The hotel is just across the road from the underground station which makes it easy to travel around. All the mazor tourist spots are within 10-15 minutes of public transport journey which makes it an ideal place for a tourist in the Vienna. Staff is amazing and really helpful and hotel itself is great with clean good size rooms and a nice common area with cozy sitting. Me and my wife did a semi staycation and wifi and surrounding were just ideal for that. Only improvement they can have is that they should add a small restaurant which can serve food in lunch and dinner times and also add some more vegetarian options in breakfast buffet"
