This place was amazing. The check-in staff was fantastic, we received quick responses to questions - even after hours. The rooms were incredible. The courtyard beautiful. We could have stayed here much longer.

Lovely apartment

Great apartment for a short break with a small kitchenette and full size fridge. We didn’t cook in the apartment but it was stocked well enough to let you do so if you wanted. Only complaint is that the checkout process wasn’t clear, as it wasn’t included in the email prior to check in. Someone came to the reception desk to check us out eventually but it’s not consistently manned.

Our stay was very short - just somewhere to stay overnight while travelling though Vienna - but it was very pleasant. Our room was very large and had a lovely bathroom and a little kitchen (which we didn’t need to use). The reception lady was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, although I’ve had better. The only problem was the blocked drain in the shower, which nearly caused a flood. Otherwise, a great place.

Ein Geheimtipp in Wien

Pakat Suites ist seit Jahren ein Geheimtipp in Wien! Recht zentral gelegen; ruhig, schöne, große, moderne Zimmer oder Appartements; zuvorkommende, bemühte Mitarbeiter. Ein besonderes Hotel, in das ich immer wieder gerne komme!

최고의 숙소 중 하나

빈 중앙역과 살짝 거리가 있지만 D트램이 가까운 거리에 있어 이동하기에 불편함이 없었습니다. 숙소는 유럽 숙소 중 넓은 편에 속하고, 겨울임에도 방 안은 따뜻했으나 방 공기가 몹시 건조함을 조심해야 했습니다. 침실과 나누어진 응접실 쪽 공간은 조명이 어두웠던 점이 조금 아쉬웠지만 그 외 모든 점이 만족스럽고 다시 재방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

Top-Lage, gepflegtes Hotel zwischen Hbf und Stadt

In Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof und ebenso zum Karlsplatz, und von dort in alle Ecken der Stadt - ideale sehr ruhige Lage im Botschaftsquartier. Nettes und sehr hilfsbereites Personal (zB prompte kleine Reparatur im Bad, Hilfe wegen vergessenem Gegenstand nach Abreise) - empfehlenswert!

Value for money in Vienna

Quiet area close to city center. Interior more modern than building immediately shows. Interesting and alternative interior design. Quaint. Definitely a place to come back to

오스트리아 여행 마지막 호텔로 2박하였는데, 객실은 여행 중 최고로 넓고 좋았으며,깨끗하고 프론트 직원도 친절하여 여행 마무리를 기분좋게 할 수 있었음. 도시 중심부에 트램 5분이면 갈 수 있고,호텔에서 도보로 1분이면 벨베데레 궁전으로 갈 수 있음.호텔 어디 예약할지 고민을 많이 했는데 다음 여행 때 방문한다면 다시 묵고 싶음.

Great place to stay

Comfy bed, modern and clean room, helpful and friendly staff at the reception, and the location was quite good; right next to Schoss Belvedere, and 200m to the closest tram and the closest metro was only about 500m away. Only the breakfast felt like it wasn’t quite worth the 18€ price tag. Can definitely recommend and would stay again without hesitation!

벨베데레 궁전 바로 앞이라 밤에 크리스마켓도 편하게 볼 수 있어 좋았습니다. 주요 관광지들과도 d트램으로 한번에 갈 수 있어 편합니다. 오히려 시내 중심지와 약간 떨어져 있는 주거지역이라 매우 조용하였습니다. 뷰는 딱히 없었지만 안마당쪽으로 발코니가 나있어 나름 괜찮았습니다. 가격대비 공간도 넓고, 침실과 거실이 효율적으로 분리되어 있어 편리했습니다. 비엔나에 또 온다면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

Loved this hotel! Right off the cruise ship at 8:30 am and they held our luggage for us until we could check in. Then they pointed us in the right direction for the tram. (only a block away) Came back to what could easily be a very small apartment, clear modern. It is a bit outside city center, but with the tram right there it was easy to get anywhere. We would stay there again
