Opernball in Vienna

For our family it was a good location. Two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, kitchen. Florian Dushel met at the time, reacted carefully to our request. Thank you for pleasant stay!

There are a lot of stairs when you go in. You can avoid them by entering the hallway to the north, go to the 5th floor and wind around to the elevator. We had trouble checking in. Mostly my fault.

Family vacation

Pros - Location is amazing, apartment is very large and spacious, views are awesome (see attached). Good selection of restaurants and grocery stores within a 2 minute walk. Almost perfect. Cons - the apartment does need a little updating. New washer / drier, coffee maker, and a fresh coat of paint would work wonders.

The view was amazing, plenty of windows overlooking the opera house. Some things were unfortunately in disrepair. For instance. the door on one of the bedrooms was broken at the hinge, making it very difficult to open and close. If all of the problems are fixed, this would be an amazing property. I loved how close everything was. Many museums were just a short walk away,.

Terrible communication. Elevator starting on second floor, first two levels only stairs. Construction work in the nearby apartments. Before we checked out, some maintenance workers got inside our apartment and starting measuring things, interfering in a very rude way with our checkout process.

Overall, this was a pretty terrible experience. The opera 1 penthouse suite photos displayed on Expedia do not represent the actual apartment. The apartment air conditioning did not work, ant infestation, locks did not work, no safety evacuation plan, broken door, steps to the loft were coming apart, shower and sink would not drain, and furnishings are different than reflected in the photos. In my opinion, this is a complete misrepresentation of the lodging and I would suggest if you are going to Vienna, look for somewhere else to stay. This place is a nightmare.

不満だらけです。全くお勧めできません。 事前に鍵の受け渡しの手順を教えて欲しいとお願いしても無理で当日とても困りました。連絡は遅いし、what’s appでのやりとひしか無理です。そして、デポジットが必要となり、決済にアメックスは不可。立地が良いからと対応はとても悪く、最悪でした。室内も電球が切れてたり、オイルヒーターつかなかったり、不満だらけ。 あとは、お鍋が汚いまま収納されていました。不潔です。 Wi-Fiのネットワークがとても弱く、リビング以外での使用不可。 この値段出すなら違うところに宿泊したほうがいい！！！

fabulous apartment

Had an amazing stay in Vienna, the apartment was fantastic, lots of space and very central. In fact the Vienna opera house was directly opposite. Could not fault this accommodation at all and would certainly Love to return.

We stayed at the apartment “top 20” at the top floor of the building. Beautiful view from the balcony with plenty of room for up to 6 people to stay. Rooms were clean. The kitchen was nice. Location was great - walking distance to attractions like Stephansplatz and the Opera House. Subway stations close by also!

Vi hadde fine dager i stor, fin leilighet midt i Innerstadt Wien. Et hyggelig konditori, Aida, vegg i vegg, hadde delikat mat og hyggelig betjening. Det var noen små mangler ved leiligheten, som lysbrytere og persienner som var i ustand. Vær oppmerksom på, at det ikke er bagasjeoppbevaring ved utsjekk på lørdager og søndager! Vi spurte om å få ha bagasjen stående i leiligheten, men måtte sitte på kafeen med fire kofferter fra kl. 11 til kl. 15.!!! Dette bør det bli en forandring på!

Penthouse in Vienna

A very spacious European penthouse! The view from the terrace is amazing! There are three bathrooms - two full, one half. The apartment is clean. There is an elevator in the building; however, we did take to the stairs as well. I don't advise the stairs if you are not capable of walking five stories. The building is very safe and the neighborhood is in a great location. Vienna is absolutely amazing. This penthouse apartment was our home away from home (USA) for 9 days. It had all the amenities we needed -- full kitchen, dining room, coffee maker, iron, washer/dryer and hair dryers. Make sure to bring your adapters/converters if coming from another country. The management of the property was easy to contact if necessary. They were very accommodating to us and replied very quickly. We didn't really need them for anything. They arranged for a taxi for our return to the airport, and their prompt service was greatly appreciated. We would definitely return to Vienna and stay at Deustchel Apartments again. Thank you for a lovely stay!
