Lovely flat, everything that we needed. There were some signs of wear (marks on sofas/floors) and the odd dusty corners, but it was otherwise very clean and well equipped. There was a smell from the drains in the shower room. It was very strong, and the door opened opposite the kitchen/dining room, so we had to keep it closed and the extractor fan on. Lovely location, easy tram to town, kids playground right outside, and EckMeck opposite does good cheap kebabs and pizza. Luggage storage in laundry room is really useful.

This clean and pleasant part is convenient to use and is also close to buses, subways, marts, and restaurants. And I was able to live comfortably without any problems with a quick response when requesting necessary matters. It was so good that I wanted to come again next time.

My two kids and I absolutely enjoyed our little comfortable apartment at Kaiser Rafael on Antonigasse. We were merely just outside the subway and had a playground under the building. Grocery shopping was around the corner. Little kitchenette and superb nespresso machine and washer/dryer were game changers. We would love to stay again.

This property is truly Premium: super sized rooms, modern and cleaned, well equipped with almost everything you need to make you feel as if staying at home away from home. Great kitchen with well laid out dining table which makes it a good work station and dining areas. Just a few minutes walk to train station. Walking distance to great restaurants, supermarkets and parking garage. We basically left our car in the garage and took the public transport for sight seeing which works out great. Would love to be back here in this hotel.
