"I had two different experiences in the hotel. First time terrible found hair in the toilet on the bed and cause the had renovation we didn’t know hot to get in we called to find where was the entrance someone picked up talk to the person and told me to wait I was waiting for 15min on the phone till she hang up lol. Second time better cleaner room quieter too"

"I stay at this property often due to its price, accessibility, convenience and safety concerns for guests. The inside parking, although a bit cramped, is monitored and recorded and makes me feel comfortable in the area. The staff is too busy, and guests are often unable to check in at the posted time. They are friendly and caring, just over worked. They have made some cosmetic improvements."

"We had ants in our suite - in the bathroom at first - and we brought this to the attention of the front desk. We were guaranteed a partial refund. Nobody came to clean any parts of the suite despite going back to let the front desk know the ants had now spread to the main living area. We stayed for two nights and the ants were there from the very beginning! Despite following up with the front desk multiple times, manager via phone, and hotels.com, I was NEVER issues any refunds. The 'breakfast' that is included is abysmal, as well. There were NO plates available and staff simply shrugged and walked away. The selection of items was awful, the juice machine was broken, no to go cups available for coffee, and there were multiple parties that had pets sitting in the main area and by the food stations."

"Currently going under some renovation. Very standard Hyatt experience. Room was clean and very large, unnecessarily large. Noise from outside was a bit much at night. Hot water took a very long time in the shower to get hot. Breakfast was standard and otherwise nothing fancy to note."
