"I picked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and free shuttle service. When I arrived I followed the instructions provided and rang the number provided by Novotel to book the free shuttle to the hotel. Unfortunately noone answered dispite trying over 5 times and waiting over 30minutes. I ended up walking to the hotel which is a walkable 10-15mins, however after a long flight and with luggage it is not ideal. Apart from that, the hotel is lovely with a great gym, swimming pool,...

"Very spacious and great for our family"

"The hotel is quite new and modern. The reception staff was friendly and offered kids ice cream vouchers. However, the amount the hotel charged was not the same as the amount we booked through Hotel.com. Also we paid $20 for the parking, but the system asked us to pay fees when we left. It took a short period and several try in communicating with them before we were finally good to go."

"Fantastic apartment for a family get away. Across from a large shopping centre with plenty of food options and entertainment. Apartment is brand new, and the beds were really comfortable. Highly recommended! "
