Peter Mills Apartment No 1, is located in the heart of Launceston's CBD. Offering a perfect home away from home, from all the hustle & bustle of city life below.
The apartment is incredibly spacious & very comfortable. It's well appointed with homely furnishings & ample appliances.
Plus, if you fancy yourself as a musician, there's a piano to enhance your skills on.
The two private queen bedrooms & one single bedroom (with additional trundle bed) all have plenty of wardrobe space & the mezzanine level offers one queen bed & one single, plus a work desk & additional tv. This level is the perfect space for the children to have some time out or alternatively somewhere to work from home. (Please note; that there is a narrow spiral staircase to access this area).
There are two bathrooms with the main bathroom featuring a spa bath. Plus full laundry facilities.

The small private balcony/courtyard is a nice space to catch the sun at the end of the day.

Once you've parked your car in the parking garage, you take the lift direct to your apartment.

Excellent !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious, heritage apartment deigned and occupied by noted local architect Peter Mills. Excellent location plus we had no idea Launceston had so many well-preserved old buildings, all in walking distance along with CBD cafes and shopping. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a restful break.
