There's no heating control in the room (IN ICELAND) so we were cold at night, the bathroom completely flood when we showered, the room lock only worked after at least 3 tries, and our room was right next to the parking lot on the ground floor so very noisy."

"Room was clean. Staff were very pleasant. There was no sea view. There were shops nearby. Sleeping was a challenge. This is because the doors every room are locked using a standard lock and key. The doors themselves have no soundproofing capabilities at all. And the noise created when people are trying to access their rooms was truly remarkable. This would tend to happen late at night and very early in the morning making it difficult to sleep. For that reason alone, I would not use this hotel again."

"Great if exploring Iceland in a car. Otherwise 40 min walk to the city centre of Reykjavik. Virtual check in and check out with a helpline if needed. Clean and spacious room. Shower doesn’t smell great but believe this is common in Iceland. "
