The room was perfectly spacious and the place was quiet, clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to mall, to downtown, Ikea and Costco. The staff were very friendly and helpful when it comes to your need as a guest. John, Alex, Romana, Aira and the breakfast team made our stay worthwhile by making sure we were comfortable and safe. The breakfast was great and satisfying.

The room was small but very cozy. They had an electric kettle that was handy. We wanted to check in early but could only check in 30 minutes early due to availability but the staff were very professional. Will recommend if you are on a budget.

This is a great option for people with a rental car because the hotel has a parking which is included in the price. About 12 minutes from downtown Reykjavik. We stayed 2 nights, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was basic but had enough options. Customer service was great, especially the guy who works the overnight shift, he was always friendly, helpful and just all around welcoming.
