Property was a delight. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of choices for breakfast and the onsite restaurant was good as well. Loved the decor. Would definitely stay again!
I love this hotel!!! So convenient to walk for food or ice cream. The staff is wonderful. They even had Gluten Free Toast for breakfast (which is really hard to find in Iceland). Even when we were leaving before breakfast started they made us lunch to go with gf bread. You won't regret staying here.
I absolutely loved my stay! Very unique hotel, beautifully decorated, breakfast in the morning was delicious and varied, the restaurant on site was amazing! The location was convenient and the views from the hotel are breathtaking… I loved it!
Easy drive from the airport in a suburban feel setting with a theme fun for families and solo travelers. Loved all of the ponds, fish, the hot tub, and a great breakfast in the morning was included. The restaurant adjacent had very tasty dinner options and carried the aesthetic across including large fish tanks and fun decor.
From check in to check out my stay was excellent! The property, although under construction in back, was still incredible! every corner was walk in history! Hotel staff was on point! Ms Krisbjork at front desk very helpful as well as Cupa at night. I do not remember the woman who prepped breakfast each morning but she was very pleasant and made good eats. Matga & Notia in the restaurant were the best! very kind, friendly & professional. I would absolutely stay here again!
Only downside the shower was small.
Thanks for a great stay! ROD
The staff did wait after hours, that was nice. Rather than explaining anything I was handed a card and said all information is on that.
The room is outdated, the blinds didn’t close all the way letting light in, the bathroom was tight, as in leaning against the wall sitting doing your business. The shower was interesting and messy with water on the floor. And the water I was told is drinkable, but smells of sulfur and told is “ok” to drink.
Great location though and price is decent
