"This hotel is terrible. Check in was supposed to be at 3. checked into kiosk at 245 my room eas never ready until 5pm. i was exhausted waiting, ready to have breakdown. finally made it to room. I was very last room so almost a mile to my room from elevators. the soaking ttub in room was coated in grease an room was filthy, food on floor, not vacuumed, hair in shower. unsure why I waited the extra 2 hours. Was too tired to walk the mile back to complain an noone answered phone. Just overall terrible experience "

"Big and clean room with great view of the Sphere. Pillows could have been comfier but otherwise no complaints. Nice spot to crash for a night or two."
