"Very kind and helpful staff. Kudos to the bellman Ali. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean and lobby very pleasing. Lots of staff at the desk so did not have to wait in line to check in or check out. The hotel is in a beautiful area of Washington and close enough to walk to all the sites."

"I drove 300 miles to enjoy the room I specifically booked, which said it came with a deep soak tub. I was looking forward to bringing in my Mother’s Day relaxed and most importantly enjoy a nice hot bath. But when I got my room, their was no bath but a stand up shower that I could have done at home. Even though the photos showed I booked a suite with a deep soak tub, that is NOT what I was given. I was told my suite was the only suite without the tub. No accommodations were done. I was told they wouldnt charge me for the resort fee and refund me $50. I never got the $50. I am extremely disappointed and plan to contact corporate. "
